Why would I not hire an in-house designer?The advantage of Design Biscuit is that you won't need to concern yourself with high freelance rates, wages, benefits, or the recruitment process. Additionally, we understand you might have quiet months, so you can avoid the burden of year-round wages. Our monthly plan allows you to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you pay only for the work you require.

Why not go got a cheaper options online?We understand it may be tempting to use a cheaper platform for your artwork, but it's important to consider the quality you receive. Cheaper platforms often come with limitations, unexpected results and no ownership of work. With Design Biscuit you are opting for a professional design service created by senior creators that ensures that your artwork meets high-quality standards, and provides long-term value for your brand or personal projects.

How do we request a job?To keep things easy and productive we use Trello Board to manage all design requests. Whatever fits in Trello we can work with. You can also add as many team members as you want!

What if I am not happy with the work or have changed my mind?No problem at all! With unlimited changes you can revise and request as much as you like until you are 100% satisfied.

Is it really ‘unlimited design’?When we say unlimited we mean unlimited! You are able to add as many jobs as you like, and we will work on your requests one-by-one. Unlimited also means unlimited changes. So if you are not happy or have a change of heart no problem. Change as many times as you want for the same fixed price.

What plan is best for me?All Design Biscuit plan come with unlimited requests, unlimited revisions and all Adobe source files. – 'Plan One' is perfect for businesses that do not have a high flow of work allowing you to pause and cancel at any time. –'Plan Two' plan is suitable for businesses with high flow of work and we offer a discounted price for a yearly subscription –We are currently working on a new pack that will include web and app development. We would love to know if you would be interested in this service.

How does the pause plan work?We understand that one month can be super busy, and the next, not so much. Let's say you have a small job or two next month—no problem! You can request to pause your subscription. The subscription will be paused at the end of the months cycle. You will have to ensure your last requested job is managed to completion. Our billing cycles are based on a 4-week cycle. For example, if your last job request is completed 12 days into the cycle and you decide to pause, you will have a remaining 16 days to submit jobs. Note if jobs are not completed they will be on hold until you reactivate the service.
